We are pleased to announce that Prof. Carlos Simon will co-chair and speak at the Ferring-sponsored Symposium* entitled “Innovative approaches to enhance patient care: Exploring novel strategies and future directions” as part of the 39th Annual Meeting of ESHRE on Monday, June 26th, 2023.
Prof. Simon will be presenting two oral presentations during the symposium:
11:45 h. ‘Revolutionizing therapeutics through microbiome-based innovations’
12:15 h. ‘Exploring the interplay between microbiome and reproductive health: Implications and opportunities for intervention’
Furthermore, our scientific team will contribute to the program with their latest research describing advances in reproductive medicine. On Tuesday, June 27th, 2023, our team will deliver two oral presentations:
15:15 h. ‘Decoding uterine leiomyoma tumorigenesis using single-cell transcriptomics and single-cell proteomics’ — Alba Machado
16:15 h. ‘Vertical transmission of maternal mitochondrial DNA via extracellular vesicles (EVs) modulates embryo bioenergetics during the periconceptional period’ — Felipe Vilella, Ph.D.
We will also be presenting four posters. The first two, in collaboration with IGENOMIX, will focus on the clinical impact of personalized embryo transfer guided by endometrial receptivity analysis in patients with one or more failed transfers, and the association of thin endometrium with a higher risk of having a displaced window of implantation, respectively. The third poster will highlight the topic of Endometrial recovery via implantable CD133+ stem cell scaffold in Asherman’s syndrome therapy, and the fourth, will provide evidence of a differential secretome during decidualization in severe preeclampsia
We look forward to seeing you there!
